The box has a lot of shelf wear but the processor itself looks hardly used. It has some water marks on the plastic pieces but I don't think it was used more than once. The cord is still coiled up the way it was in the factory. I emailed the company and this processor's main blade was not part of the recall associated with these blenders. This is a very heavy item and it has been double boxed to protect it.
